Apartment locating doesn't work in all cities. It's a very specific niche that only works in markets with a lot of high-commission-paying apartment complexes. I scanned markets all over the United States and found the best markets in apartment locating. To do this, I scanned databases to find cities where apartment locating is worth doing.
In total, each of these cities are places where you can build a profitable apartment locating business, or add existing income to your current real estate business.
Here are criteria I looked for
- High number of apartment complexes that pay commission at least 50-100% of a months rent in commission.
- Should be concentrated in certain areas rather then scattered all over the city.
