Real Estate Training Sucks

Let me let you in on a secret.

Real Estate training is garbage.

Real estate school - the courses you take to get your license teach you nothing about what it's like being a real estate agent.

They assume everyone is going to be a typical home agent who buys and sells homes. They don't even acknowledge apartment locating!

Then there are the brokerages. Mostly all classic brokerages (the ones with the big fancy names you've heard of) know nothing apartment locating. They can't train you on what they don't know.

Then you have the apartment locating brokerage. The ones you see around town with the flashy signs and high Google rankings. Sure, you can join them. They'll give you leads, and may even train you.

But think about this. Odds are the person training you has their own business to worry about. They have their own leads and clients to juggle.

Ask yourself the obvious question. Why would anyone train you when you're going to become their competition? Why would somebody give you their best leads when they can work them themselves? Why would YOU get the good leads over somebody whose friends with the boss, or whose been at the agency for years?

And say you do get "trained". Would it be "good" training? Or are you going to get the same dry boring training everyone else gets? Why would that training make you succeed? Most locators fail. Do you want the same training failed locators go through?

And then let's say you get some training. You get some leads. Do you think the commission split is going to be reasonable? Sure, a deal could be worth $1000, but the typical apartment locating agency is going to take at least half.

Close $100,000 worth of deals in a year? Half of that is going to your broker.

Which means you've just paid $50,000 for mediocre training and leads. That's more expensive than a year at the world's best MBA programs.

I'm putting all these cases out there because they're the biggest obstacles between you and the career you want in real estate. Almost everything in real estate is set up for you pay expensive dues and give up giants chunks of your commission. This is why most new real estate agents quit in less than a year.

I'm on a crusade to solve this problem. I succeeded in real estate because I forged my own path. I paid over $25,000 to a broker who barely trained me. I spent years building my own business and learning things the hard way.

But you don't have to take the path I did. You don't have to give somebody tens of thousands of dollars in commission. You don't have to spend years figuring things out on your own. You can skip the line. You can bypass the bullshit training programs and exploitative brokerages. You can learn how to build your own business from scratch.

How?

It's simple. Own your training. Owning your training means you don't have to hope somebody hires you. You can choose yourself.

I've launched the most comprehensive apartment locating masterclass ever built. It's a detailed step by step program on how to go from somebody who knows nothing about apartment locating to somebody closing at least an extra $1000-$5000 a month.

And if you do it my way, you don't pay a dime in commission to another broker. You will keep all of it.
